UPDATE: I finally received a response and I am grateful that I was fully refunded and also received a coupon for a future purchase. First time placing an order. All the flowers arrived damaged except for one. So 11 of the 12 flowers were broken and the pieces are so tiny that it would take forever to repair. I reached out the same day I received them but I have not received a response email yet and its been 2 weeks already. I'm very disappointed because I've heard good things about this company but my experience has been terrible.
