Rooms are pretty nice, the suites we stayed in were recently updated. However cleanliness was an issue. Floors were dusty, food stains on console in bedroom, area rug was sticky, and hair in shower. Location is ok, close to main street Calistoga, but kind of a drive to most of the vineyards in central Napa Valley. Biggest issue was the bathroom window. The bottom half of it was frosted, however you could see into the bathroom from the adjacent building stairway thru the unfrosted half. Made using the rr and showers tricky. I... read more

Great location and good rooms. Staff in general is rude and incompetent. Rooms were not cleaned when we checked in…drawer had medications from a previous rental We had to wait 1-hr at 1am since our room keys refused to work and there was no one at the front desk. Then at check out Jessica refused to provide us water bottles (which were supposed to be complimentary even after we mentioned that we had little kids) Would not recommend this place unless you don’t have anywhere else to go!

Avoid unless you want a ruined vacation. This property will change your room reservation days before without telling you and nobody will communicate with you. Our May 2026 suite booking for 4 was changed to a standard room for 2 only two days before our stay. Manager avoided all communication and we had to change all plans to enjoy wine country. Stay elsewhere and avoid the hassle.
