Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful, complimentary coffee and flavored water was nice. Nice seating area in the back with bocce courts and fire pit. The hot tubs were nice with 2 options for heat. They offer free bicycles but it was raining during our stay. Cons: Driving up reminds me of pulling up to a motel. Kudos to the photographer for making the facilities look way better online! What a beautiful place! I've always stayed at Indian Springs but since it was a weekend I didn't want to do the mandatory 2 night stay and found this literal golden haven. The pictures on their website do not make it justice. I stayed in the 2 bedroom with my wife, and sister in the adjacent bedroom. I will be coming back here!
Mud bath and hot springs pools are very relaxing. Staff was super kind and made the experience enjoyable
My husband and I decided to come up for the day. We did not stay the night and that worked great for us. I called ahead and booked a mud bath and massage. Unfortunately I said 15th over the phone and attended heard 16th. My bad was they sent an email confirmation and it said 16th but I didn’t catch it. Mistakes happen. This was my second time at Golden Haven (2 years since my previous visit). My cousin and I booked a mud bath and massage. We were a bit disappointed with the mud bath experience. The attendant was rushing around like a whirlwind ever time she entered the room; first told us she would not help with the mud, then finally did.
