Drawn to Calistoga by the promise of hot springs, we chose Golden Haven Spa for our Napa getaway, and it exceeded all expectations. Our room featured a wonderful private tub with water from the hot mineral springs, which was a true luxury. While we hadn't intended to use the spa services, we are thrilled we did. First ever mud bath, and it was the most heavenly experience on/in earth. Like being cradled from below, and then a heavy warm weighted blanket on top. Slowly showering the mud away and then slipping into the tub afterwards just divine. Lovely staff.
Very comfortable room, great pool (swam everyday alternating with hot tub), mud baths fantastic & deep tissue massage was just what I needed, Lily was outstanding. We have a plug-in hybrid & it was great to be able to plug in in the bsck.
