The traditional mud baths at Golden Haven Spa, which originated with the Maya Indians, combine hot mineral water with peat and clay. Following the mud treatment, a client showers, submerges in a mineral jacuzzi, and is wrapped in a blanket. The entire process is detoxifying, relaxing and soothing to achy bodies! Enjoy a European Body Wrap, which tightens the skin while reducing stretch marks and cellulite. This amazing treatment is guaranteed to shed six inches of body fat, which will stay off for a month!

The mud bath wasn't exactly as I was expecting, plus I had a very difficult time relaxing into the experience. But overall service was great, facilities are clean, and I had a good time
The front desk was amazing. They were very helpful when I got sick. Tara was specially very helpful. I really liked the room size and beds.
The spa, the service and the staff were excellent. This was our first time going to a mud spa. I have to say, it felt kind of weird! The mud is pretty dense, so you will not sink. You semi float in the mud. After about 20 ish mins, I felt it was a bit much for me and we chose to take a shower and move into the hot tub. But it was a nice experience! I might try a mud bath again.
