Love the lap pool. My husband and I are there three times a week. It’s a wonderful part of our lives. The classes are great and the staff are generous with their time, and experience. I would recommend the gym all around.

I love this place and I never thought I would say that about a gym. A gym where you can feel comfortable, welcome, and free of judgement is amazing. Owners Jacqi & Donavan and the rest of their team have created a really welcoming community feel...another thing I never thought I would say about a gym.
