My Husband and I decided to go with this company due to the good reviews and close distance to our hotel. The overall experience was great and I would highly recommend doing this when in the Napa valley. The flight path let's you see the local vineyards and hills. The staff were very friendly and our pilot seemed very skilled and knowledgeable. You have to get up early for this, but it's well worth it for the experience.
My mom, sister and I went on our first hot air balloon ride ever. Calistoga Balloons made the experience safe and enjoyable! Couldn't have asked for a better crew, pilot and team!
