The owner of the shop, Mo, is amazing. He took in my MacBook Air, which had a cracked trackpad, called and ordered the part, and it was in store the next day, and he installed it in less than 30 minutes. Great service, very communicative, and did a wonderful job. We'll be coming back here. Thank you again.
As a student whose 2017 MacBook's battery was so aged that it barely lasted more than an hour, there were two options: buy a new laptop or get the old one fixed. Well, I took time out of my schedule and decided on this lil place after reading the reviews, put the laptop with its stubborn battery in my backpack, and rode all the way to Walnut Creek on my bike.
