I placed an order with a living social voucher on September 17th as a gift to a friend. Since then, I have heard back from the company once, and they have not provided status updates on the order. I believe that this company is fraudulent. I have attempted to call (left various voicemails) and sent several emails through the website and to their online email address. No response. Ordered a bracelet through Gtoupon for $14.00. Retail value says $65.00. Horrible! Very skimpy and cheap looking. The "gold" initial charm was paper thin and arrive scratched, and it tarnished within days. Very poor customer service. Do not call back. Returning it. Let's see if I get my refund. Buyer beware.
