If I could give this business more than 5 stars, I will. If I’m being honest the past reviews made me hesitant on contacting this business. I contacted 6 businesses and out of all of them CaliLand was prompt with their responses, answered ALL my questions (and I had a lot because this was the first time Im ever doing a survey), gave a reasonable price quote, and was able to get our report a week later. Stay away from this company, especially if you are a fire victim. This guy Kevin has you sign a contract that seems reasonable in terms of cost, however the contract has no completion timeline for anything and then requires to be paid in full upfront. He then releases small batches of the work essentially unfinished, then demands more money incrementally and will sit on it unfinished until paid. This goes on and on for months and months! STAY AWAY!!

Service itself was ok. quick and easy. Before you sign the contract, however, make sure to ask and clarify all the included services before you make the "initial deposit". I paid close to $4k to survey my property, which included, 1.perform research, 2. perform field survey, 3. perform boundary analysis, 4. set/install or locate all 4 deed corners of the property with survey markers, 5. prepare record of survey map (18x26) and file/register said map at the LA county surveyors office. Was quoted over $2500.00 to draw property lines for 3 sides of a home in San Gabriel , the Los Angeles high is 1500. (see pic) kthxbye.
