From the friendly and helpful valet personnel, to the front desk, concierge to the rooms staff and the restaurant staff, you will not be disappointed. They are all so helpful, the hotel is clean and welcoming and they just make you feel at home. The decor is lovely and current, the rooms comfortable, clean and smell so good. The location of this hotel is fantastic to UCLA, surrounding neighborhoods, Westlake Village and so much more.
