Moved in November 2024 and things have been great. Eli was very helpful throughout the tour and application process. Christian, Paullette and Eli are very pleasant and easy to talk to. The communication and effort from this team is great and I have nothing negative to say about the staff. All the common areas are well maintained and clean. Thank you for all you guys do to take care of your residents and our community.
Very rude staff. I walked in to make an appointment for touring. I was given an appointment at 1:30 the same day. When I came back the other staff, Eli, said she is in charge of it and does not know anything about the schedule he made and made another appointment for next day morning. When I returned back the next day. Another guy checked the appointment and said there is no open apartment. He was so rude and Eli said I just made an appointment yesterday because you insist on it. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. I have lived here for almost a year now and have hated every moment of it. The office just never seems to fall through with their promises. When we first moved in, the assistant manager told us she'd leave us a move in inspection check list but she never did. We have had issues with our downstairs neighbor and her dogs who are constantly barking. We have complained 3 times to the leasing office.
