They need to put their phone next or at least few inches from their ears so they can hear and answer the phone when a customer is calling.
I am giving this place 2 stars, while the customer service was good and they are willing to try to correct any issues. After a second trip to have my window redone due to severe bubbling, there are still bubbles, and upon further inspection there are bubbles in more than just the initial window I had noticed. But my main concern is that there is a gouge in the rubber seal on my rear window, and a cut in my front seat that looks to be from a razor blade being laid down on it, and I know for a fact that neither were there prio... read more
