PLEASE READ I DONT EVEN RENT FROM THEM...at my house for 20 years. The rental in Oceano on Paso Robles Street. It's not the owner's fault the K. Boland the The management company is horrible. They were supposed to evict somebody I talked to the daughter of the owner. Cuz I got to call her. These guys apparently just want rent from their people and that's it. If you don't want to live in hell, don't rent here. They'll try at all costs to steal your deposit. And the worst part is that they have no idea what they're charging you or the condition of the properties. If you have the opportunity to speak with Marisela Alvarez, I recommend you let her lose. She's the most despotic, rude, and unprofessional person you could ever find.
I rented from Cal West and was greatly pleased with their professionalism and diligence. The office staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and remembered me at each visit. They were repeatedly quick at getting all maintenance requests fulfilled. At one point, I had a non-emergency plumbing issue and they reached out immediately at 8am and had a plumber out same day.
