Had last been to California Urgent Care when it was still on Oakdale Rd. I knew it had moved here so I decided to come to this location. Upon arrival I saw the signage had changed to Progressive Urgent Care. The receptionist made me re-register and took my insurance card and ID and I sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes until she called me back up to pay my copay. I went to hand her my debit card when she stops me and says “oh we don’t take that right now - our system is down.” Would’ve been great to know that prior to was... read more
Was to the point not very sociable but was efficient and friendly not to mention excellent on identifying my needs and illness
Pretty cool never crouded, get you in and out, the staff is very friendly with a smile, the doctors here are fair and understanding to your situation
