Joe is just a great guy. Super informative and friendly, and just overall a real asset to the team. Explained the entire process and not once did I feel blindsided or mislead. Needed an alternator and while it was there the recommended tires which I definitely needed, mine were 9 yrs old. All is good now and I was very happy with the service.
