Same. Arrived on time for an appointment with the owner, Renata, which I had booked the day before in person. After waiting 20 minutes, asked if there was a hold up. Uh-oh....the owner had a delivery issue, running late, can’t do it anymore, etc. Then she blamed her poor staff for the mix up. The only reason I came to this salon from North York was a hard-wax bikini zone. I booked time in advance and arrived on time, but to my great disappointment the assistant Samantha did not mentioned Dora to warm up the wax. Since I needed to wax my hands and feet too she wouldn't had time for bikini. Both girls begun to fasten the blame on each other, Dora was extremely aggressive.
