Ideal location, good discounts Nice and comfortable. A four night stay got us a decent discount on room rates. The swimming pool is warm and large. Breakfast menu was ordinary but more or less satisfactory. Must appreciate the staff for its help and assistance. The hotel is at a comfortable distance from the places you would love to see in San Diego but in terms of the location, its kinda lonely. Best low budget rates but there are few hitches My buddies and I had an amazing time in San Diego. I was there in the last week of December and almost first week of January. We had stayed at California Suites Hotel. Now there are some good things and bad things about this hotel. Good thing is that it is very economical. Best rates but services slow My budget was pretty low for a vacation in San Diego. Hence I was looking for an accommodation that would be just right – rock bottom in prices but good facilities. I picked California Suites Hotel only because it fit my budget. Frankly I did not like this hotel much. Gosh, the services, the staff was so slow. Ok ok types budget hotel Hotels play a important role in making your vacation better and comfortable. This time, on my vacation to San Diego I stayed at the California Suites Hotel which is a budget hotel. My expectations were not very high as it is a budget hotel. I don't enjoy vacations where I waste more time on commuting than on sightseeing. So this time on my San Diego vacation, I carefully researched and selected California Suites Hotel. Basic budget hotel I had gone with a bunch of my friends to San Diego. As recommended by one of my pals, we decided to stay at the California Suites Hotel. On a recommendation of a friend, I had stayed in California Suites Hotel on my latest vacation to San Diego. Primary reason for staying in that hotel was its central location.
