Not at all impressed by this company who TAPED their business card to the glass of my front door. Don’t vandalize someone’s property - now I’ll have to scrape the tape residue off of my windows. So rude and so inconsiderate. Immediately would never use your services due to the blatant disregard and disrespect shown to people’s property.
I’m writing this review to inform potential clients of my experience with Brian so they are aware before hiring him. I hired him to install several California shutters, and the results were unacceptable. My kitchen window shutter was incorrectly measured and cannot be opened (as shown in the photo). In addition, Brian bent my water purifier dispenser — it has gone from a proper goose neck to a duck neck — leaving me with unnecessary damage. I've known Brian for several years and he's installed blinds and window coverings in my previous two homes and the house I'm currently living in. Today, he installed beautiful blinds in my sunroom and as always, Brian did a fabulous job! Always so pleasant and professional and with his experience, there's nothing can't do. His prices are great and I have recommended him to several friends over the years and they all thanked me. I wouldn't use anyone else.....
