We knew nothing of the Short Sale process and they educated us and walked us through the whole process. Jared Zamost was our representative with the company. He did an excellent job of listing our home and setting up appointments with buyers. Our home sold quickly and then Jared was our representative with the mortgage company in the escrow process. California Short Sale Solutions did an excellent job of representing us in a complicated process that allowed us to move on with our lives.
I called this company to ask a few questions, and after having to explain what a loan assumption was to the representative, Jared, he was able to answer my question in a friendly and professional manner. I took his information down and said I'd get in touch with them once I had made a decision to proceed, making a point of not leaving my number, because I did not wish to be contacted.
