The front desk office hung up on me after telling me rudely that they “only see patients with a referral” and they must have a note from the doctor. I attempted to explain that I am referred but I just don’t have the note at the moment, I will be happy to get it before my appointment. I also mentioned that it’s not an emergency. Very poor performance due to overbooking patients. Plus the receptionists are rude and gossip and constantly making personal phone calls and don’t give patients updates. So rude
This place is a joke. My appointment was at 245. An hour and a half later still hadn't taken me back and even took two people who came 30 mins after me.
