The Westlake office is extremely organized and professional. All the staff are super kind. Dr. Yang is the best! She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, extremely thorough, and explains anything you have a question about. Truly amazing!
I am extremely grateful to everyone at the California Retina Consultants. From the receptionist to the the surgeons, everyone was amazing.
Everyone in his office were very friendly and focused on their services prior to seeing the doctor. Once we saw the doctor he was very informative on both the diagnosis and prognosis going forward. Great experience.
Very professional. A good experience
The front desk office hung up on me after telling me rudely that they “only see patients with a referral” and they must have a note from the doctor. I attempted to explain that I am referred but I just don’t have the note at the moment, I will be happy to get it before my appointment. I also mentioned that it’s not an emergency. I am just advised by optometrist to establish routine assessments with retina specialist. If that’s how they communicate on the front desk, one is better of going somewhere else.
