We dealt with this office on two separate escrows for the same house I am selling and I can't believe how unprofessionally they operate. They are absolutely not operating ethically and I recommend steering clear of this company! They do not communicate well at all, drag their feet on document signing, ignore deadlines and lie through their teeth. DO NOT give them your money or your time because you are not the priority in their so called "business plan". Steering clear!!
This company has a lot of negative reviews that might scare you away, or claiming they're scamming; coming from someone who rented from them personally, I promise it's one of the best companies I've rented from. The property I was renting was a great price - they don't gouge on rent for the sake of it and rent at very appropriate prices. It was very difficult to arrange a time to see a property by this company, and we tried multiple times. They offered very limited times (nothing on the weekend), and they seemed uncooperative, overall. It was difficult to reach them by phone, which added to our suspicion of the legitimacy of the company, and it contributed to us not wanting to rent with them.
Fake scammers
Can't get a viewing of a property after calling multiple times. They open up whenever they feel like it I guess?
