Hi CPK, I placed a takeout order at your Torrance location at 4:20 PM on July 31st. When I made the phone order, I provided my name and email, which you confirmed were in your system. I was told I could pick up the order in 25 minutes, so I arrived at that time. When I tried to use my rewards, I was asked for my phone number. Curbside is unavailable for catering at the Rancho Cucamonga location even though it states it is available on their website. Do they really expect us to walk a block to pick up for catering when an employee can very easily use the back entrance to deliver a catering order? Bizarre. They will lose business because of this.
Food was excellent, service was great!
