I was discriminated against today. I went to a restaurant for New Year's Eve and got a dirty plate. There was red sauce on the plate, and I asked the waitress to change the plate, and she yelled at me, saying, "Why are you asking me to change it like this?" Why? I asked her to change the plate because it was dirty? What's wrong with me! I had a horrible experience today at this location. I and my friends went to this place to get lunch today. We asked to replace a dirty plate and a server yelled at us blaming why we are telling her that and also saying that she cannot see dirty spot on the plate. We called manager to have a different server. But manager did not even care what was happening and made us wait for 5-10 minutes. Then he asked us to leave since they cannot serve us. This place used to be so good. Now every time we come the food is either cold and gross or the order is wrong. Multiple times now I’ve ordered something with no onions due to allergy and I’ve explained that, but they throw the onions on there anyway. You have no business charging these prices for such horrible service and mediocre food. Shame on me for continuing to try and eat there. Lesson learned.
Service is the worst. Portion size is very small of the prize
Wish the one near me didn't have to close because of COVID, but found another pretty close by.
