I've been a big fan of CPK for many years. Last night I asked my waiter if he thought the kitchen could make a BLT pizza - one of my favorites for many years, but no longer on the menu. He said the kitchen could and would, so that is what I ordered - applewood bacon, fresh tomatoes, topped with a lettuce and mayonnaise salad. Thanks CPK!!!
