I have been a long term tenant, 10+ years. Management is always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Maintenance is always quick to complete any needed repairs or service calls. Everyone has been friendly and easy to work with!
We live at South pines. The maintenance man that came to fix our door was very good! Fixed the issue very quickly and was completely respectful of my wife an I! RE is the man!
