Not only was it a hassle moving in (they didn’t have anything ready and I moved in/out cross country) They have made moving out a nightmare. Living on Harbor was a big plus, but the bugs and neighbors are not worth it! Laundry rooms are a scam (they raised the $ then drop it randomly) they never refunded me for overcharging me by $50 when I tried to swipe and they wouldn’t start. I will be moving into the complex later this month and I’m incredibly excited! I’m moving from out of state so naturally, application processes for apartments became so much harder for me. Gilbert and his supervisor at the leasing office were so incredible in helping me secure the perfect unit for me in my ideal price range and time frame. They went above and beyond just to be able to have something secured for me and I’ve never had a better experience! I want them to really be recognized for their hard work!
The leasing agents are disorganized and wasted my time.
We recently move to California Palms apartment and we love it. People are very nice, very friendly the apartments are clean. Mary helps us a lot, she always was responding quickly to our needs, she is very friendly and nice person. In general we are happy to be here . Highly recommend.
