I am writing this review as a result of the stellar service I recieved from Kevin Rosete when I applied to get an apartment in the California Palms Apartment complex. He was exceptionally kind, professional and attentive in all of his interactions with me from start to finish! And after I moved in, he has continued to provide outstanding service and assistance whenever he is called upon!
Jerry De Dios was simply wonderful. From the beginning until the day that I moved in, answered all my questions. Always willing to chat concerning my needs of my apartment. The maintenance crew was excellent in their performance of the things I needed help with. I truly love living at CALIFORNIA PALMS.
In December I found out that my landlord had decided to move her daughter into the home I was living in & instead wasting my money on paying her rent i decided to move. I was overwhelmed & wasn't sure what I was going to do, especially with the holidays coming up money was tight.
