Terrible service and unprofessional front desk experience. Don't bother coming here! I joined my scheduled video appointment, but my doctor never showed up. When I called the office to ask what happened, the front desk staff told me the appointments were cancelled. I explained that I never received any call, message, or notification, and I asked for the rescheduled date and time. Don’t bother coming here. They don’t care about their patients. All they care for is making a quick buck from people who have been real pain. Recently had a friend visit this clinic to get treatment. He was informed that he had to wait to get approval for the treatment, which is not unusual. In the meantime they were going to prescribe medication to help alleviate the pain he’s in. Do not waste your time with this clinic or that Dr After my visit was waiting for pain medication to be sent to my pharmacy until they schedule my shot procedure , I have been call and send messages but no medication been sent or follow up on my procedure. It’s been week and I am in pain not able to sleep and no one care

I’ve only seen Dr. Celis twice since he’s became my pain management physician my primary doctor referred me to. In my opinion his practice is though and he listens to my affected body parts and devised a plan to address those concerns in a positive way I understand how I need to commit to myself. I am confident that my history of ongoing pain can finally see long lasting results. I welcome this approach and can’t wait to see the results.
