Wish I could say something good but I can’t here. One of the property managers here by the name of Andrew contacted me to do work on a property and then promised payment over 3 weeks ago and to date never paid for the services as he made a mistake. When confronted and reached out to he deflects and just doesn’t respond back. He has been begging the actual property manager to pay for his mistakes so he is off the hook. Very unprofessional and I would highly advise not using this company to manage your properties.

Danny and the team at Cal Pacific have been great to work with and work for. They pay their bills and are great to work with throughout projects. Definitely recommend this company.

This is the best management company in town. There is no comparison. I have delt with several other local companies which all resulted in different levels of disappointment. These guys are amazing and as responsive as a call to 911.

Andrew is on point! He provides same day response on all calls. Even more surprising, the repairs are typically same day and if not 24 hour. What a pleasant change from our last management company who hardly answered the phone! I couldn’t ask for better professional service as well as polite interactions. If my business grows to the point where I need to expand (which is my 2 year goal), I will only look at new spaces in buildings that Andrew with California Pacific Management, manage.
