Dr. Toliver is a miracle worker. I hope they're paying him a million dollars a year because he's worth it after years of low back pain & fractures, The first time he gave me injection, all of my pain disappeared in 2 days removing the necessity of surgery. I can't rave about him enough. I'm a retired medical professional and I'm beyond impressed Kevin Toliver
