We rented from California Oaks Property Management for over five years and had a great experience. The staff was always professional, responsive, and quick to handle any maintenance or service requests. Communication was clear and timely throughout our tenancy. Just wants to make money off NONRefundable $40 application fee clearly. Went to showing and they didn't state anywhere before hand on the phone or on the website that the place was still under construction. Why would I drive 35 miles to see an unfinished apartment and move forward in the process if I don't even know what its going to look like? Bullet dodged- went with a independent landlord. it was apparent to me that they would be as greedy and shady if I actually leased from them- no thank you
I moved in within the last couple of months to one of their properties and they have been fantastic with me from the beginning. I have had the pleasure working with several people but Brianna has been my main and I am very thankful for that. She is responsive, through and kind from beginning to end. I really couldn't be happier with chosing to rent where I did and who from!
California Oaks property management worked very hard to get me into my new rental. They were friendly and worked very hard at it and I really appreciate them.
