I spent 45 days in the program and i like it .. The staffs were kind, and the doctor is very experiance.. I had a very experiance and the counselors were very good.. they also are the only program that call me to follow up .. with me.. other program just bill my insurance and never care what happened to me after discharge...
I like this place, i found that the staffs were caring and the nurse karen was very professional.. they understand what we as friend/ family are going through and made themselves available to answer any question. I know some clients who were just trying to be disruptive were kick out for not compliance, but i like it that they were strict and focus on treatment. Did not have a bad experience.. at the facility.
This is great communication, and very friendly staff present hear, and many no nurses or doctors on site, I am so happy withe this service will come back again this NewLife Detox and Recovery Home, Thanks.
