Thank goodness for the new owner. It was a great expirence.I just moved from Salt Lake where i had a great nail salon that I went to but didn't want to use the gas every couple of weeks.I called made an appt they got me right in. I told Tiffany how I liked my nails done and she did them perfectly. Everyone was curtious and happy. I have found my new Paek City Nail Salon. Thanks

Very clean establishment. The new owner is very kind and sincere to his establishment and his customers! The nail technicians here are well trained, quiet, and respectful to customers and one another. The new management is very precise on handling appointments and walk ins. My girls and I came in for a group pedi/mani and we were attended quickly and promptly.. Clean and quiet atmosphere while getting pampered after a long day of skiing !!!!! If you get this place on a quite day ~ you have scored. Decent products and service for the cost. However, biggest down fall is if you make an appt. no guarantee that that time has been saved for you. If you walk in, they usually will tell you 15 minutes which many times turns into 45. So.... good luck and enjoy!

Parkcitien? I would be so interested to know what that means, and why this reviewer feels so superior. Given that the vast majority of those living in Park City chose to live here, and have come from all over the country. I've been going to this nail salon for two years. It's great.

Horrible service! I am from out of town but I can tell a "parkcitien" from a mile away. And that seems to be the owners favorite customers, sooo predictable. I made an appointment over the phone to get my nails done for my senior ball. When I got there the very nice woman at the desk looked up my appointment and went to set me down to get started. But the owner could well he could care less about other customers, he let three walk ins ahead of me, he was rude and incompetent. And had NO customer service or people skills. I w... read more

Watch Out!! The owner of this store has NO customer service skills. We scheduled an appointment here for pedicures and were treated horribly. He let other walk-ins go ahead of us, pulled us from our chairs and then yelled at us like it was our fault for being early. He even screamed and pointed his finger at another customer who not to mention was 8 months pregnant! He blamed everything on his employees and screamed at them as well. I give this business 0 stars. the owner of this business was completely unprofessional and not to mention rude. As someone who works in customer service I was appalled by by the business owners lack of management skills. The first golden rule of customer service is you never ever argue with the customer. The second is never make them feel uncomfortable. The third is to really listen to what the customer is saying. My experience at this salon was the complete opposite. Horrible customer service! Owner was verrrrrry abusive to us. Kicked us out of shop because we didn't have an appointment. Since when does California Nails need an appointment. Yelled at us in front of other customers and treated employees just as bad. Never go there!!! Owner needs franchise taken away! Never have been treated so bad and never have I ever written a review, but this warranted a review for me! Can't ever explain how bad it was!
