Gave warranty, but won't come out to fix what they didn't fix. Have had 2 appointments and no show. Asked for money back and they said they would have to take the defective part with them if they did give money back and leave me with no proof they did anything wrong.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I used them 3 months ago to fix my AC, and it broke down (charged me $750 for that). Tried to schedule an appointment, did, and they never even showed up, without a warning. Called today for an update, and Henry asked for 45 minutes to call me back and find out the issue. I have now called multiple times about 4 hours after this conversation, and have spoken to nobody as they don't answer their phones. Quick response on a very hot day.
We found our HVAC guy!!, Our A/C stopped providing Air in the last week or so, and it has been so Hot in the house! As a due diligence, I have called five companies to compare. First of all, the lady who answered the phone - Henry - was very nice and professional. Picked up the phone right away, called me back right away, and was able to address my needs and scheduled their guy to come to our house the first thing in the very next morning. I called California Mechanical for a second opinion, after questioning the price the previous company was charging me. Henry the owner came out, and confirm it was the compressor, he tried a few alternatives to make it work but no luck. I was shocked his price was $1,000 lower compared to the other company, And his warranty was better. I had him do the job, and I was a bit hesitant, but I was wrong.
