Dishonest and unethical. The worst landlord I’ve had in 20 years. Please do yourself a favor and don’t ever rent from them.
I’ve lived at multiple CLG buildings over the years and it’s amazing. Such a refreshing change of pace from past apartments. HW in Hollywood and G8 in Marina Del Rey are particularly gorgeous. What I love most about renting with CLG is that the buildings and units are so well designed with beautiful architecture and common areas that it honestly feels like I’m on vacation when I’m at home. This is my second experience living at a CLG property and I have nothing but great things to say. The property and facilities are always clean and well kept. The staff is very helpful and kind.
