We used California Happy Homes to help us buy a fixer upper and then they helped us remodel it. He fights hard for the best deal and I liked that they were able to help us purchase a home AND they remodeled it for us (kind of like Chip and Jo on fixer upper HGTV, one stop shop). Other real estate agents that I spoke to had no idea about how much renovations would cost. Joe is a positive person that was deeply vested in making our house a home. Highly recommend.
Joe and his team just finished remodeling my kitchen. It took a little bit longer than what they estimated but it turned out really nice and I'm very happy with my new kitchen. Working with him was a pleasure. He constantly checking on job site and his crews and make sure everything is done well and communicating with me to let me know what is going on. Great team!
