Juan and his crew did a fantastic job on my concrete slab. I had been living with several cracks that had developed over the years, one crack in particular had lifted almost 2” within the previous five years. Juan’s crew arrived on time, were courteous, covered everything with plastic, worked nonstop including installation of rebar, until the job was completed. Let start off by saying I rarely write reviews, but in this instance - it just couldn’t go without being recognized. Mr. Juan (i.e., green eyes) - big boss man in charge, truly stands-out as a guy with in-depth knowledge of construction. We had the best experience with California Foundation Works. Our basement was flooding everytime it rained. I’d gotten a few other quotes and plans, but Juan came up with the best plan and waterproofed our home from top to bottom. They handled the permits and inspections and everything in between. They were transparent about pricing and timeline and easy to reach. It rained a few days after they poured the concrete back over the French drain and our home was bone dry.
