Unlike much of the mass produced fare that floods the market today, each California Faucet fitting is custom made. Starting with good old-fashioned craftsmanship featuring solid brass construction, we add state-of-the-art ¼ turn ceramic disc valves with lifetime warranties, the world’s largest offering of decorative PVD finishes and quality controls that meet or exceed government codes, including national and local lead-free and water conservation standards.

We bought our tub filler 20 years ago when we purchased our first house. Complete disaster - I ordered a lot of product for a new ADU - lead time was stated as 8-10 weeks in early APRIL 2021 and was acceptable - except NOTHING came in a timely manner. Try almost a year. I have a house with eight wall mount lav valve that the poorly affixed stem protectors have been knocked off and lost on half of them customer service was of little help in petting or purchasing them its not that hard of a help out customer thing. This plumber will never suggest cslifirjia yo any one and will let designers know my feelings
Form vs Function. Form: California Faucets have beautiful-looking products and their design team should be congratulated. Our kitchen has 2 of their faucets and a pot-filler. Function: Unfortunately, despite the beauty of the products, I wish I could go back in time and order from a different high-end company. We have had nothing but problems with the main faucet.
