RecommendedDillon our pilot was very knowledgeable about ballooning and we felt super safe with the trip. His ground crew was very professional and nice. They took photos of us several times. This was not a scary ride at all nor was it bumpy. It was peaceful and you couldn’t feel going up or down or how fast you were doing it. It was a magical experience. Best way to celebrate our Honeymoon!

Hubby surprised me with a sunrise Birthday flight. We were provided with such amazing service from beginning to end. Transportation to and from our resort was provided. The experience of watching the owner and his crew set up and prepare the balloon for flight was an added bonus. We didn’t realize what it all entailed. Awesome experience. Such a peaceful and relaxing adventure. Our pilot was awesome and the whole crew took great care of us! Would definitely do it again!
They are many people here writing reviews about not getting a ride and not getting their money back either. WARNING please AVOID this place. They charged me $420 and they didn't give me a ride. They told me they put me on standby list but I read reviews about people who were in standby list for a YEAR until they got their ride. They are really nice when they want to charge you but they become really rude when you try to reschedule another time

We just got back from a sunrise flight. It was the most wonderful thing I’ve ever done. Dillion was a wonderful pilot and was very informative about the area. We would definitely do this again
