Dr. Meng is very professional, possessing extensive cutting-edge knowledge. She is extremely patient and empathetic, always answering our questions promptly. Dr. Meng is the best! Aside from being very professional and passionate, she's also humorous and always very confident. The team works with high efficiency. Lab results always come in on the same day and are communicated in a timely manner. Audrey is the best I've ever seen in doing blood draws. Elisabeth is also very helpful in processing insurance and payment requests.
