Had a spot on my head looked at by NP Marissa.Very unprofessional during the examination her hair is very long and not tied back it kept falling in my face, also no gloves while touching my head.She seemed unasured of her self.Will be getting a second opinion

Front desk very kind upon arrival! Marissa very kind and informative during my visit. She had written down several things for me to reference and handed me papers that had lots of information!! This was exactly the visit and staff I was looking for! 🌞 So much better than my last dermatologist visit at PACIFIC DERMATOLOGY INSTITUTE where physician was curt and rushed and frankly, rude. Such a waste of time with no helpful information imparted to me. The young lady at front desk was most agreeable (always a silver lining ;)

This place is a bit challenging to find so I was a little late for my appointment after driving around lost. I called the office and the woman on the phone was so nice and understanding....and helped me find them. Once I arrived I was a bit flustered but they immediately put me at ease and were so welcoming. I felt like I was a guest checking in at a nice hotel - seriously :). This was my first time visiting the clinic . The intake staff was very friendly . The waiting room was large . The Doctor was very thorough and took pictures . I received one of my prescriptions there which was great so I didn’t have to drive to the pharmacy and they were very quick in sending my referral to a specialist .
