This was my first time in Glendale, we usually go to the Northridge office. The lady who saw us, I didn't catch her name, sorry (young, long hair, glasses) She was awesome, very nice, intelligent and pleasant. But most of all, she listened, and was awesome with my son, especially because he's special needs, she took her time with him. Thanks
The young lady, I think her name is Verzhin, (she wore glasses, long, light brown hair, beautiful) This was our first time going to Glendale, we always went to Northridge, she was great, pleasant, warm, understanding and most importantly, she listened.
5 star care, professional, knowledgeable and waiting time is quick.
