I have tried to get in contact with someone with over a month when I spoke with the manager. The manager just said that someone would call me back within four days and it’s been already at least 11 days not including the weekends. This department needs new management that has reliable workers and hold their workers accountable for not you know contacting People. !

I have the MOST Amazing counselor in the Business. What an Amazing advocate she has been for me since I started with this department more than ten years ago!!!
