I'm not surprised by the terrible reviews. Ever since another dentist took over for the original Dr. Patel (who was amazing, this establishment has gone to hell. I watched as they got rid of or possibly upset all the original staff who were slowly replaced. These were amazing staff by the way, people who knew me by sight, which is really crazy amazing for customer service these days. This review has to do with the front office staff. Please listen carefully to not make yourself look 1. Impatient 2. Annoyed 3. Wanting to make parents look incompetent. When you ask for the name of a client take notice to the answer and not assume that the parent is in the wrong to make you self seem smart because in the end you are wrong. I will not sign a legal document that states “consent for a procedure” without speaking to the DR period. The doctor provides terrible service and attention to his patients. My experience was the worst I have ever had in my life and I will not go back to that doctor and take out my 3 children. I can't believe he's a dentist. Now I now why you have very bad reviews. Obviously!!!!
Very bad service!
Our experience with a cleaning for my toddler was fine. But their treatment plan for my 2 year old daughter’s cavity was to strap her to a board, give her laughing gas, and not allow a parent in the room with her. This is their standard procedure, she was compliant for the cleaning and they had no reason to think she would need these measures. Walked right out and found a different dentist for her filling, who exercised none of these extreme measures. Haven’t been back since.
