This is a terrible business, and I’d warn anyone thinking of renting from them to take extreme caution. Document everything because they’ll try to blame you for damage that was already there. Better yet, take your money somewhere else!

This company refused to return our deposit, giving us vague claims of contract violations but offering no valid proof or explanation. They provided no receipt, no paperwork, and no evidence to support their accusations. When we confronted the manager, she was unprofessional and kept repeating "the tires are worn out" despite the photos showing no difference. This company withheld my deposit without providing any proof or valid explanation. They failed to issue any receipt or paperwork to back up their claim. When I questioned them, the general manager Angelia that was handling the matter was unprofessional and gave inconsistent explanations, relying on the excuse that the tire was “worn out.” The photos she referred to as evidence showed no changes before or after.
