Charlie was absolutely amazing to work with! He truly defines what great customer service should be. Not only did he get us set up with a Slingshot for one day, but we had such an incredible experience that we came back for a second day! We just want to give a huge shout out to our main man Charlie at this location!!! He was absolutely amazing and so helpful! If anyone is in this area check him out. He will get you taken care of. They offer military discounts which made the experience even better! Between him and the other staff(we are sorry we didn’t get y’all’s names), they made the experience amazing! Thank you and you won’t be disappointed!!!
Please do not rent anything from this store; they will charge you for something you cannot control in an attempt to keep your deposit. Read some reviews—there are over 100 complaints. Search the company name online. They have over 80 lawsuits against them. This is completely unacceptable; the city council even allowed the store to remain open, and this is ruining the city's tourism.
This company kept my deposit without providing any valid proof or clear explanation. They also failed to issue any receipt or documentation to support their claim. When I raised concerns, the general manager, Angelia, responded unprofessionally and gave inconsistent explanations, simply stating that the tire was “worn out.” The photos presented as evidence showed no visible difference between before and after.
