Great service – After being disappointed too many times by my previews cleaning company who didn’t show up again, I found California Custom Maid and asked if they had someone the same day. Not only did they do it, but they arrived within one hour!!! The lady on the phone could tell that I was freaking out and was very nice and calm. NEVER SHOWED UP!!! – I booked this maid service a week in advance to clean up in advance of a party I was throwing at my house. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, and I had to scramble to find someone else at the last minute. DON'T USE THEM!

Overpriced and reckless, this company's people left damage. – After telling the cleaning people not to use abrasive on my stainless steel stove with enamel coated stove top I came in to find them using pumice! The surface is scratched and can not be repaired. To make matters wose, the vaccuum was broken and left my carpets looking and smelling terrible. The mirrors and windows were left streaky, the bathroom shower was not cleaned in areas not immediately visible and the bedmaking left a lot to be desired. I paid for a detai... read more
