CCS seems to focus more on commercial rather than residential repairs. However, I used them as my residence is in a condo building and they maintain some of the larger systerms. Do not call for home service. – Do not call this company for residential heating or air conditioning repair. They will take forever to come out and not tell you how much it will cost. The get your credit card number up front and charge however much they want. Apparently they are commercial heating and air conditioning contractors and do not know how to deal with the public.
