Fernando and Nathanial were super friendly and attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure I received my loan on time. Would highly recommend this branch!
New app is horrible and no more Zelle to RECEIVE money! They use a useless thing called pay now BUT only to send money and can’t receive from anyone that doesn’t have CCCU . Thankfully the employees at the Hillcrest branch (Zach and Daniel to name a couple) are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful otherwise I would change to a different CU! That makes it a 2 and if it was strictly about staff it would be a 5!
