Maegan was wonderful in helping us design our closets — she was responsive, thoughtful, and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Emily was great in getting us scheduled, even working around our complex timelines/circumstances. And Ulises and Andy were fabulous installers — quick, friendly, professional, and clean.
Donny and Ulises installed our two reach in closets in no time at all and left everything looking great. While they ran behind schedule, there was great communication about the delay and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Our designer Jillian (sp?) also did a fantastic consultation and set us up with two great closets for less cost than what we expected. Would definitely use California closets again!
From design start with Maria to install with Jim my experience was top notch!
Randy was efficient, and masterful in the quality of install, courteous to protect wooded floors and clean up behind him. He went out of the way to help us see opportunities to maximize the concepts, and he watched over our home while we were out of town to let us know of a boat dock turnover within minutes of it happening.
