My first project years ago went smoothly, which is why I trusted them again for our new home. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. I had California Closets installed 5 years ago in my house--I was quite happy with my closets. But this year we decided to remodel our house which required the closet systems to be removed in order for our builder to complete some work. This is where everything has gone down hill. First, I was charged $750 to remove the closet systems. The technician did not show up on the scheduled date, which caused delays to my overall remodel project.
