recently the center piece of one section of my closet system just broke ,the board cracked and the closet section collapsed. The California Closet is 30 years old. I went by the nearby new showroom near whole foods and walked in. I explained the problem showed some pictures and asked to have it fixed. The very friendly woman helping me said that it would be something for warranty to handle, I laughed and told her it was 30 years old , I am sure there is no warranty. Scott and Lisa were amazing installers. Timely and very professional. Liz the designer was great too. Whole project was executed flawlessly from start to finish. Very happy.

Would not use them....very misleading. We paid money in April and could not get installed until October. What they don’t tell you is you are putting money down for nothing — they won’t actually build your closets until you have an install date committed. Their web site says 4 weeks from design consult to install — that’s nonsense. Sales rep just wants their commission...don’t actually deliver when they say. Was also replacing their 10year old system. Stay away.
