We had a really great experience with California Closets! Our designer, Max was wonderful!! Super patient, easy to work with, and very thoughtful throughout the entire process. We went back and forth quite a few times on the design since we honestly didn’t know exactly what we needed at first, but he was always kind and supportive. Maureen McManamen, the designer, was excellent. I explained what I wanted, and she designed it perfectly. Another representative from California Closets came to remeasure and confirm the design. Then, as promised, 6 weeks later, Teto Tapia and Daniel came to install the design. They arrived at 8:00am and completed it by 3:00. The room was immaculate. From beginning to end, the experience with California Closets and especially our consultant, Melissa Carlstrom, was amazing. She helped us fit as much as we could into the space we had and did not push us to upsell. Melissa was respectful of our budget and, when it came in a bit over, gave helpful suggestions to make it more affordable. The installation was flawless.
